Brows by Heidi Lynn serves Palatine and the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago

I am so happy I decided to go with Heidi! To begin with I was hesitant because it is a semi-permanent tattoo on your face. After reading some of Heidi’s reviews I actually reached out to her for a phone consultation and she was amazing! Answered all my questions and concerns and was very upfront about everything. After thinking about it and talking to a few other places I decided to book an appointment.

She has this cute little place and I really liked the music she had playing. She was very comforting, patient and just wonderful the entire time. About the first 30-45 min was drawing on the brows that I wanted and how I wanted it to look; she put in her professional suggestions and thoughts and we then we started. The entire time she kept checking and making sure I wasn’t in any pain and doing okay. It took some getting used to the new look and the darkness of it; but she said I could text her whenever for any questions.

First off the scabs came off early and I freaked out because they were so much lighter! I texted her immediately and she was just amazing about it and scheduled me for a follow up that same week I texted her, even though it was the week of Thanksgiving. She was so understanding and was just amazing and we basically redid my brows and she didn’t charge me for it! I just had my follow up appointment for the second part of it and the second time stuck and it’s been amazing since the scab came off.

I would recommend her to anyone and will definatly be going back.

Heidi is amazing!!! I am so excited and I love my brows! Getting ready for the day has never been easier. The process is quick and easy, the heeling takes only about a week, and it is totally worth it! Caution* don’t be afraid it totally comes out way dark but it fades just right!

My experience was wonderful! Heidi is the best at what she does! I had a lot of questions going in and she answered them with ease and just made me feel so comfortable about the whole process. She took her time and carefully measured my brows and asked for feedback through out so I can get the perfect brow shape I wanted. I had my brows microbladed by Heidi. This was my first time and she was amazing. Heidi made me feel comfortable and she was very knowledgeable about the services she provided. I was a little nervous at first but she was right there to answer all my questions and concerns. She made sure the appointment was about me. She wanted to make sure the outcome of my eye brows were 100% of what I wanted. She was so much fun and very professional. Her location was very clean and well organized. This girl has magical hands. I grew up with almost no eyebrows and it would take me about 20 mins just to shape and fill them in. Now it takes me less than a minute. I am so grateful that I found Heidi. I would give her more than 5 stars.

Heidi did micro-blading on my eye brows. I am 60 years old. I don’t even get pedicures so I was a little afraid. BUT Heidi is so friendly and caring she put me at ease. She is a perfectionist too. I very happy with my results. I didn’t get anything dramatic. I just wanted to fix my over plucking over the years. They are filled in and look natural.
